Free Shipping to UK Mainland
Jewellery, Gifts & Greeting Cards
All our online shop jewellery, gift & greeting card prices include delivery to UK mainland. All our pieces will be delivered First Class Royal Mail Signed For. To avoid having to pick your item up from the post office, please ensure you are using a delivery address where someone will present to receive the item.
Artworks
Artwork delivery prices are included in the purchase price based on 2nd class signed for method to the UK mainland. Some clients prefer specialist delivery options rather than standard First-Class Royal Mail Signed For & this will be quoted for on request. To avoid having to pick your item up from the post office, please ensure you are using a delivery address where someone will present to receive the item.
International Shipping
We would be delighted to ship internationally. If you would like your order shipped outside of the UK, please get in touch at hello@blinkartdesign.com for a custom shipping quote.
Returns
Returns Policy
We take every care to make sure our pieces are made to the highest standard, however if you are not completely satisfied with your piece once it has arrived, or have simply changed your mind, you have up to 14 days from delivery to return an item. Please get in touch at hello@blinkartdesign.com to request a return, quoting your order number as seen on your confirmation email.
All returned items should be sent back in perfect condition, unworn, in the original packaging and fit for resale.
If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping. We highly recommend making sure it is well protected and insured, as we cannot offer refund for returned items damaged or lost in transit.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings made for pierced ears.
Any custom made or bespoke orders cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a fault with the item.
Faulty Items
We take great care packing our items to be sent out on delivery to avoid any damage in transit.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. All of our products are inspected before they leave the studio, if it appears however that you have received a faulty item, we will do our uttermost to rectify this error. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at hello@blinkartdesign.com. Please include photos and a full description of the fault along with the order number on your email. We will then organize a repair, replacement or refund for the faulty item (a refund including a refund of any delivery or return costs.) If you notice any damage to the outside of the packaging, we kindly ask you to notify the courier company and mark it down on the delivery slip.
Care
Earrings and Jewellery Care
Please look after your handmade jewellery & keep it away from chemicals in skin products, perfumes & swimming pools! Jewellery should not be worn during sport. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged by perfume, sweat, water or any corrosive substances. A few precautionary measures will ensure your piece stays looking beautiful for longer.
Reworked Jewellery Care
As with all vintage & retro jewellery extra care should be taken to keep it in the best possible condition.
Your Design:2 jewellery should not be slept or swam in or worn during sport & should always be kept away from chemicals such as skin creams & body washes etc. If your design includes precious metal elements please note that these will tarnish over time & silver oxidises to a darker/dull colour which can be easily cleaned with a silver cleaning cloth if required.
